Dr. Valya Grudeva

Specialist in neurology, clinical homeopathy, integrative medicine and healthy lifestyles.

In recent years, she has deepened her interest in epigenetic factors on health and integrative therapeutic strategies. Co-founder of Happy Week Healthy Holidays – an innovative concept for health, youth and longevity, integrating modern conventional and alternative medicine, nutrition regimens, motor activity and lifestyles that are able to reprogram genetically encoded regulatory mechanisms, as well as stimulate and sustain the inexhaustible innate healing potential of the human body.

Dr. Grudeva graduated in Medicine from the Medical University of Sofia, specialized in Neurology at the Neurological Clinic of Alexandrovska Hospital, Department of Neurology and in 1991 defended with excellence a specialty in Neurology.

In 2000 she completed with excellence a two-year basic course in Clinical Homeopathy at the Centre for Education and Development of Clinical Homeopathy /CEDH/ in Paris, France. Since 2000, Dr. Grudeva has been a certified Clinical Homeopathy lecturer at CEDH and part of the CEDH international teaching team. She teaches Clinical Homeopathy to physicians and pharmacists at the Medical University of Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Pleven, and to students of medicine and pharmacy as an elective subject at the Medical University of Sofia.
In 2001 she earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Health Management from the Higher School of Management and Administration at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) – Sofia.

Prof. Bozhidar Popov

Consultant – physician nutrition specialist

Bozhidar Georgiev Popov is a Professor of Nutrition and Dietetics. He completed his higher education in 1968 in Sofia. Since 1999 he has been the chairman of the Bulgarian Scientific Society of Nutrition and Dietetics. His main interests in the field of nutrition science are in the following areas: nutrition physiology, physiology of digestion and digestibility of food, alternative nutrition, nutritional prevention of cardiovascular diseases, hygienic and environmental aspects of health.

He is the discoverer of intercellular digestion and several eating process analysis methods. Prof. Popov is a member of a number of international organizations, including the European Association for the Study of Obesity, the Federation of European Nutrition Scientific Societies (FENS), the European Academy of Nutritional Sciences (EANS), the International Union of Nutritional Sciences (IUNS), etc. He is the author of more than 150 publications and scientific publications in Bulgaria and abroad.

Dr. Maria Rusinova

Nutrition and dietetics specialist

Executive Director of the Complex for Infant Feeding with Human Milk Bank-Sofia. Consultant of the well-known French weight loss method under the medical control of Eurodiet Bulgaria. Nutrition consultant for “My Diet”, “My Baby and I” magazine, “Mom’s Diary”.

She graduated in Medicine from the Medical University of Sofia in 1997. In 2007, she obtained a specialty certification in Nutrition and Dietetics from National Centre of Public Health Protection. From 1998 to 2000 she worked as a therapist at Bankya Clinic. In the period 2000-2005 she worked as a resident physician at the Complex for Infant Feeding with the Human Milk Bank, where in 2005 she become an Executive Director. In 2012 she completed a two-year basic training course in clinical homeopathy and regularly participated in continuing education courses at the European School of Clinical Homeopathy.
